1. BUILD TEAMS
Organise teams in various local sports where Christians are encouraged to invite unchurched friends to be involved.

2. SPORTS/COACHING CLINICS
These can be held for all ages, with a focus on children and youth. They can run over a single half day or over multiple days. Participants will receive coaching and competition in a sport such as basketball, cricket, soccer, athletics, beach volleyball, tennis, netball.

3. GAMES DAYS
Remember the old 'Mini Olympics' concept. This is a great way to experience the Olympics in a few hours. A great way to involve family in your local community. Events such as large t-shirt relay, golf ball spoon races, wheelbarrow race, broom sweeping race, tug-of-war are beauties.

4. SPORTS CHALLENGE EVENTS
This has more of a competition focus and is aimed at High School students (years 9-12). It could consist of a round robin tournament including finals over 3 consecutive 1/2 days. 3 on 3 basketball or super 8's cricket could be popular. Why not invite local youth organisations to enter teams. Visiting coaches would help officiate and share coaching spots.

5. TESTAMONIAL NIGHTS
Invite friends to hear the testimony of a prominent athlete or sports personality like a coach, umpire, chaplain or media personality.

6. PARALYMPICS SPORTS CHALLENGE
Ever played boccia, goalball or sitting volleyball? This is a great opportunity to reach out into your local primary, secondary and special schools. Liaise with a local ISCF leader, scripture teacher, school teacher, or youth worker to set up this opportunity. The Paralympics Sports Challenge is a great way for people to experience the unique skills of the paralympians by participating in these activities. You might even get to hear from a Paralympian!
